​Purpose
Our scholarship program provides need-based assistance so that every child with a passion for theatre has the opportunity to participate.
Eligibility
  • Age & Program: Applicants must meet the age requirements for the current Stageworx camp session.
  • Financial Need: Scholarships are awarded primarily on demonstrated financial need.
  • Good Standing: Previous Stageworx participants must be in good standing with all camp policies.
Application Process
  1. Application Form: Families must complete the Stageworx Scholarship Application, available on our website, by the posted deadline.
  2. Supporting Documents: Applicants may be asked to provide documentation to verify financial need (for example, a recent tax return or a letter describing circumstances).
  3. Personal Statement (Optional): Campers are invited to share why they love theatre and what they hope to gain from Stageworx.
Deadlines
  • Applications open when camp registration begins.
  • Completed applications must be received no later than March 1, 2026.
  • Award notifications will be sent by March 15, 2026.
Award Details
  • Scholarships may cover partial or full tuition depending on available funds and applicant need.
  • Awards apply only to tuition; families remain responsible for any optional activities, merchandise, or late fees.
  • Funds are limited each year. Submission of an application does not guarantee an award.
Selection & Confidentiality
  • A Stageworx Scholarship Committee reviews all applications confidentially.
  • Decisions are based on financial need, application completeness, and available funding.
  • All applicant information is kept strictly confidential.
Acceptance Requirements
Recipients must:
  • Register for camp by the specified deadline.
  • Commit to attending all camp sessions unless excused for illness or emergency.
  • Follow all Stageworx policies and code of conduct.

Scholarship funds are made possible through generous donations from our community. Stageworx welcomes contributions to help expand access for future campers.
