My promo code says it is no longer valid. Wait 20 minutes and try again. The ticketing system allows you 15 minutes to check out before releasing your tickets, and if somehow you enter the promo code and then don't complete your purchase, it can get caught in a loop. Wait 20 minutes or so and try again. This fixes the error in 98% of the cases.
I can't buy tickets to two different performances at once. Unfortunately, that is how our ticketing platform is set up. Each show must be a separate transaction. For example, if you want to buy tickets to Mini Troupe and Company, you'll need to complete 2 separate transactions. If you want to purchase tickets for Studio M's first performance and their fourth performance, you'll need to complete 2 separate transactions.
I didn't get an email confirming my ticket purchase. Please check your spam. If you don't see your transaction on your bank account/credit card, it's possible it didn't go through. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] and verify if your order is in our system.
I don't have a printer, how do I show my tickets? You do NOT have to print anything! You can pull the tickets up on your phone to be scanned, or we can look up your tickets by the purchaser's name at the door. So, don't feel like you have to print anything unless it makes you feel better!
